You Don’t Have a Discipline Problem.
You have one hidden thing pulling everything off track. This 30-day course finds it.
One of Devin’s clients was doing everything right. Morning routine. Clean eating. The works. Her granola, clearly labeled “Fit,” had 400 calories in a single cup. One swap. Twenty pounds. Gone for good. She hadn’t failed. She hadn’t cheated. She’d just never been shown that one specific thing.
Another moved her daily slice of cake to morning, before her workout. Same cake. Better sleep. More energy. Steadier weight. Neither woman was the problem. Neither are you.
Most programs hand you someone else’s protocol and tell you to push through. This one finds your specific missing piece. The thing hiding in plain sight that changes everything once you see it.
Devin lost 70 pounds eating pasta, burgers, pizza, and chocolate. She has maintained that loss for over 20 years. That result is what got her hired as the chef for NBC’s The Biggest Loser for a decade. On set, she watched the most extreme protocols in the world produce extraordinary short-term results, then watched those same contestants regain the weight the moment real life returned. She already knew the reason. This course is built on the system she spent years proving on herself.
This is the first 30 days of her $600/hour Boss Body Coaching, distilled into a course. No counting. No protocols. No starting over.

Same person. Twenty years apart.
Still eating pasta, burgers, pizza, and chocolate.
This isn’t a discipline story. It’s a missing-piece story. Find yours and the food never has to change.
Big dreams don't fail for lack of wanting. They fail for lack of fuel.
You’ve meant every promise you ever made to yourself. The problem was never discipline. It was that no one showed you what was actually in the way. That’s what this discovery is. You start thinking it’s another plan to push through. Then you realize how much there is to uncover, and suddenly it’s a puzzle you actually want to solve.
For years, Devin charged $600 an hour to walk clients through exactly this. The results were undeniable. She decided to distill the first 30 days, the part that creates the most dramatic shift, so anyone could run it.
Devin’s recipes look indulgent. They taste indulgent. They just don’t work against you.

Built for the person who’s done starting over.
You’ve tried everything
And you’re tired of plans that demand willpower you don’t have to spare. This works differently.
You want energy, not rules
More focus, better sleep, steadier mood, a body you’re proud of, built from food you actually love.
You’re chasing something bigger
A goal, a comeback, a dream. You just need the engine under it. We build that first.
30 days. Four moves. One discovery.
Your puzzle. Your pace. Your results.
The Devinly Method
Dream Bigger. Design Smarter. Decide Better. Three phases built around YOUR life, YOUR real constraints, and YOUR specific hidden thing. Not someone else’s protocol handed to you and told to push through.
Clarify Your Life. Then Your Food.
Before you fix your plate, you need to know what you’re fueling. Week one starts with a clear-eyed audit of your life: what you actually want, what your real constraints are, and what’s been quietly pulling everything else off track. Not therapy. Not journaling feelings. An engineering audit. Because someone solo-parenting, caring for a sick parent, or navigating a career pivot is operating with real constraints that no standard program ever accounts for. Once your picture is clear, week one finds YOUR hidden thing. The granola labeled “Fit” with 400 calories a cup. The excuse chain that started with a water bottle and ended at the sofa. One honest look changes everything.
Fuel the Engine
You have never had a nutritionist talking you through your cravings at 10pm. Until now. Week two maps every craving to an answer you’ll actually want. Pizza craving at night? Melt a string cheese and dip it in marinara. Chocolate craving? That voice is real. Devin has learned to quiet it. Not succumb to it. Not wish it away. Not feel deprived. The answer: a batch of 50-calorie brownies, always baked and ready. Without them, she gains weight. Not a metaphor. When the right thing is already in the kitchen, that voice loses its power. Week two makes sure you always have the answer to YOUR cravings waiting.
Move Without the Misery
Devin has a counterintuitive take on movement. It has nothing to do with a gym. Week three finds YOUR version of fitness: the one that fits your actual life, your actual schedule, and your actual personality. You’ll be surprised how much you’ve been underestimating what counts.
Architect It to Last
Week four is about setting up your kitchen and your workouts so they feel like something you get to do. Not something you’re forcing yourself through. When the environment is right, you stop using willpower and start using momentum. You’ll actually look forward to it. That changes everything.
“I lost 70 pounds once — and kept it off for 20 years. Not by white-knuckling it. By finding the puzzle pieces that were actually in the way.”Devin Alexander · 3× New York Times Bestselling Author · Chef for a Decade on NBC’s The Biggest Loser
This is Devin’s workout.
No gym. No classes. No schedule you dread. Week 3 is about finding YOUR version of movement: the one that fits your actual life, your actual personality, and your actual schedule.
Walking in the ocean. Pickleball in a basement. A trail you look forward to. When movement stops feeling like punishment, you stop skipping it. That’s the whole shift.

Is this just about food?
No. The course starts with a full life audit. Food is usually where the fix shows up. But the hidden thing pulling you off track is often somewhere else entirely: your environment, your schedule, a few key habits that are draining more than you think. Food is the fuel. But week one is about finding what’s quietly running in the background.
Do I have to give up the foods I love?
No. That is the whole point. Devin built her name re-engineering indulgent food so it fuels you instead of fighting you. The week two craving work specifically maps the food you already love to versions that work for you.
How much time does this take per day?
Bite-sized. A short video and one clear action. Designed for real, busy lives: solo parents, executives, caregivers, people who have tried before and run out of bandwidth. If you can find 15 minutes, you can do this.
Is there a guarantee?
Yes. Complete all 30 days. If you don’t feel a genuine shift in your energy, focus, or momentum, email the team for a full refund. No hoops.
What makes this different from every other program?
This is the first 30 days of Devin’s $600/hour private coaching, distilled into a course. It’s not theory. It’s the exact discovery sequence she used with real clients: finding the hidden thing, mapping cravings to answers you actually want, and setting up the environment so you look forward to it. No protocols. No counting. Just clarity.
How is this different from Biggest Loser-style approaches?
Devin Alexander was The Biggest Loser’s chef for a decade. She watched contestants achieve extraordinary results on set with intense training and strict protocols, and then watched many of them regain the weight when they went home and real life returned. That cycle is the whole reason she built this course. No extreme workouts. No willpower battles. Instead: find your specific hidden thing, map your cravings to answers you actually want, and set up your environment so momentum happens naturally. Devin has maintained her own 70-pound weight loss for over 20 years, not through discipline, but through this system.
Who is this NOT for?
If you want a rigid calorie protocol, a strict meal plan to follow to the letter, or a punishing workout schedule: this is not that. This is for people who are done fighting themselves and want a discovery instead of another rule set. It’s also not a quick fix. The shifts are permanent because they’re personalized. If you want results in 48 hours, look elsewhere.
I’m taking Ozempic, Wegovy, or another GLP-1 medication. Will this course help me?
Yes. For GLP-1 users, the food strategy piece may matter more than ever. When appetite is suppressed, what you actually eat becomes everything. Devin’s approach is built on protein-forward, nutrient-dense cooking that doesn’t feel like diet food. That is exactly what the body needs on GLP-1. Some people find these medications enormously helpful. Others feel terrible unless they completely overhaul their eating alongside the medication. Either way: the food and lifestyle foundation in this course is what makes the medication work, and what keeps results permanent after you stop. The course also addresses the psychological relationship to food, which medication alone does not change.
Why do I keep failing every diet I try?
Because the diet was designed to fight you. Most programs are built on the same flawed model: make the rules strict enough, add a cheat day to manage the damage, and tell you to push through the cravings. The problem is the cheat day trains you to binge at a time you didn’t even want the food. The calorie counting makes you obsessive, not healthier. And the strict structure falls apart the moment real life shows up.
Devin’s approach works the other way around. Every craving you have is real and it has an answer. Not a sad substitute. An actual version of what you want that satisfies it and works for your body. The goal is to know the principles well enough that you can apply them anywhere: at a restaurant, on the road, at a dinner party, at home on a Tuesday night. Without counting a single calorie. Without being the person at the table who can’t eat anything. When you stop fighting your cravings and start working with them, you stop losing the fight.
How much weight can I expect to lose in 30 days?
Devin does not promise a number. That is intentional. One pound a week feels slow. Fifty-two pounds in a year changes your life. More importantly, people who lose weight through this process keep it off. Devin has maintained her own 70-pound loss for over 20 years eating pasta, burgers, pizza, and chocolate. Not because of a specific diet. Because she found the system that works for her body and her actual life. This course is about finding yours. The people who see the fastest progress are almost always the ones who had one specific hidden thing they had never identified. Once it is gone, everything else accelerates.
What’s the best diet for weight loss?
The one that fits your actual life. Research is unambiguous: consistency beats any specific protocol. Keto, Whole30, intermittent fasting, low-fat. All have worked for someone and failed for someone else. What research also shows is that the single strongest predictor of long-term weight loss is not the food approach. It is whether the approach is sustainable and personalized. Devin has maintained a 70-pound loss for 20 years eating food she loves. Not because of a specific diet. Because she found her personal system. That is the entire premise of this course.
Are you a nutritionist or dietitian?
No. And that was a deliberate choice. I started down that path and stepped off intentionally. I disagreed with some core dietitian guidelines (the food pyramid, for starters) and realized that formal licensure would require me to operate within a framework I didn’t fully believe in. I chose to be a trained chef who has studied nutrition extensively, so I can meet people where they actually live, not where the guidelines say they should.
That said, I love working with doctors and have done it my entire career. Every Biggest Loser cookbook was developed in close partnership with the show’s medical team. I’ve worked with Abbott Freestyle Libre, Day Two, and other organizations in the diabetes and personalized nutrition space, creating food that tastes great based on doctor and dietitian recommendations. I’m also a Recipe Revisionist first, which means the food I make is chef-informed, not just nutritionally compliant. Many people follow dietitian-approved recipes that nobody actually wants to eat.
Note: I am not a certified medical professional. Always consult your doctor or a qualified healthcare provider before starting any new nutrition or wellness program.
